This year the ministries of True Girl and Born to Be Brave will disciple about 650,000 tweens and parents. More than 16,000 have made first time decisions for Christ through our outreaches in the United States and Latin America since we first began.

Administrative Assistant
As our Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a key role in organizing daily operations, managing communications, and supporting events that transform families for Christ. Your responsibilities will include maintaining schedules, assisting with special projects, handling sensitive information with discretion, and mastering ministry software tools—all while occasionally helping with materials and supplies.

Digital Marketer
As our Digital Marketer, you’ll play a vital role in shaping and executing the digital strategies that drive engagement, grow our reach, and inspire transformation in families for Christ. Your responsibilities will include managing social media platforms, creating compelling email campaigns, optimizing our website and SEO, and analyzing performance metrics to refine outreach efforts—all while maintaining the integrity of our mission.

Tour Intern
As our Tour Intern, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the ministry’s events and helping create a smooth, seamless experience for attendees, volunteers, and the tour team. Your responsibilities will include assisting with the loading and unloading of the trailer with all tour supplies and merchandise, helping with event setup and tear-down, supporting administrative tasks, and coordinating volunteer training as needed. You’ll also assist in maintaining inventory, overseeing event logistics, and managing ticketing concerns—all while preparing prayerfully before each event to seek God’s guidance and blessing.
We’re looking for someone with a strong Christian testimony, a servant-hearted attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, flexible, and eager to support events, connect with volunteers, and develop practical leadership skills.
