What information do we collect?
When you register to the Site, purchase items or register for events, we ask you to provide certain personal information, including a valid email address, location and username. How do we collect Information?
You directly provide us with most of the information we collect. When ordering or registering on our Site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number or other details to help you with your experience. When you interact with use via email or the Site, your information is stored in our Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM) called Kindful. We also use Brushfire, Mailchimp, Shopify, and Cayan to process specific requests (such as ticketing, sending email updates, processing orders, etc), and all of these companies have specific privacy policies you can view on their websites. We take care in maintaining the security of the Site and your information and in preventing unauthorized access to it through industry standard technologies and internal procedures. However, we do not guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur.
How do we use the Information collected?
We ask for your personal information so that we can complete services you request. We use personal information only as appropriate to provide you with quality service and security. For example, we may use this information to establish and set up your account, verify or re-issue a password, log your activity and contact you from time to time. The personal information you provide through the Site is protected by SSL encryption and can only be used by our vendors and our employees for only what is necessary to complete their services.
