She passed! Join the celebration as Suzy Weibel’s Bernese Mountain Dog, Selah, earns the first qualifying score for her new Obedience title at a dog show. In episode 1, Suzy was nervous that Selah would not earn a passing score and has brought Dannah Gresh along for moral support and encouragement. They discuss what makes a dog obey when there is no immediate reward to be offered… treats are against the rules at Obedience trials. It’s almost as if Selah is realizing that Suzy has never failed to reward her for a job well done - why would she fail now? Besides… the biggest reward of all is just being with the one who has loved her and cared for her from day one.
